Ralph Lloyd Roberts
Ralph is a co-founder of ProBiometrics, an IT professional of some 22 years experience in the field of complex systems architecture and development, database design and administration. Ralph is responsible for implementing the technical solution for ProBiometrics that allows for the capture of real-time biosignal data; secure cloud storage, the calculation and dissemination of CVT data in real-time. Prior to that Ralph worked for many years running development teams in financial services IT departments where he gained extensive experience designing, developing and managing computer systems turning over > £1bn annually.
Lead Performance Consultant
Ian’s career in elite sport spans more than 20 years. As an athlete, he has won Olympic, European and World cup medals. As a coach, Ian has worked across the whole pathway from Junior developmental athletes to elite senior internationals. Whilst working as the Lead Olympic Development coach at British Canoeing, Ian has helped shape the future of the next generation of Olympic athletes, concentrating on Tokyo 2020. Ian is passionate about sharing his knowledge and applied coaching practice, focusing on the whole person, integrating the body and mind into one dynamic system. Applying this unique perspective, Ian was able to turn severe adversity into a challenge. He overcame a significant injury just hours before his Olympic final in Athens 2004 and still delivered a world-class performance finishing with a Bronze medal only 0.5 seconds away from Gold. Forever searching and refining his coaching knowledge, education and personal development, Ian has a Degree in Psychology, and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Performance Coaching from the University of Stirling. He brings his wealth of applied performance experience to the team at ProBiometrics.
Keith is responsible for the operations and strategy of ProBiometrics. Keith enjoyed a 21 year career in Advertising Communications of which 17 were with Saatchi & Saatchi, where as Regional Director he was responsible for developing and implementing regional and global communications strategies for multinational companies, as well as helping develop the agency network to handle this function across multiple countries. In August 2013 Keith left the advertising communications business to be a co-founder of Perfect World Ice Cream Ltd and has seen that company through from inception to growth where it is now stocked in multiple national retailers including Tesco.
Director of Research
Patrick is a co-founder of ProBiometrics, and has over 15 years experience in managing and delivering complex innovative medical technologies to market. Patrick is responsible for bringing the world’s first clinical CVT technology to market; from the initial concept, clinical validations, product design and commercial production, winning a number of awards on the way including the Intel Award for Technological Innovation, DTI Innovation Award and the European Merit Award. Patrick has successfully delivered complex CVT autonomic monitoring solutions for clients such as GSK, Pfizer, NHS and the MoD. Close involvement with the technology for nearly two decades places him in a strong position to lead future research projects. Patrick will also manage the ProBiometrics team charged with providing the sales technical support and building the company’s scientific understanding of the autonomic nervous system and CVT.
Tarquin has been a practicing barrister for over 20 years and was instrumental in setting up the first legal disciplinary practice in 2012, a move described as “ground breaking” in a feature article published in the UK’s Times national newspaper (July 26, 2012). With this background, Tarquin is able to discuss with clients their specific needs and work closely with them in order to ensure the delivery of a service which meets their precise requirements. Should any service package for any client require changes or additions, be they individual user or large commercial or sporting organisations, every effort will be made by Tarquin and the team at ProBiometrics to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
